Training in business contract legal practice

In order to effectively improve the legal awareness of various departments for business contract management personnel, standardize contract management work, and enhance the ability to circumvent legal risks, on December 6, the company organized more than 10 people from relevant departments to participate in legal training on business contracts.

 

The training invited the company's perennial legal counsel, Mr. Wang, to teach. With the title of “How to Prevent Corporate Legal Risks”, Mr. Wang cites the typical cases that appear in legal practice and the problems that may arise in the process of contract execution. The four aspects are explained in detail and carefully explained and analyzed. At the training meeting, he also answered questions, examples and guidance on the implementation time of the procurement contract and the compensation for breach of contract, the notes on the endorsement of the bank acceptance bill, and the time limit for the loan litigation.

 

The training content is substantial, close to reality and practical. It not only regulates the process of drafting, signing and fulfilling the contract text, but also effectively avoids all kinds of legal risks in the business process, aiming to guide and promote the employees to become a society. The self-conscious adherence to the rule of law and the firm defenders protect the legitimate rights and interests of the company from infringement.
